“We loved the fact that JBM Projects managed the entire design, construct and install of our new stores. They even purchased the equipment which meant we could keep running our other businesses and maintain cash flow while they did all the hard work for us”.

Shopfit Project Management
There are four key stages involved in a Retail Fitout Project. We offer our services for any or all of these stages:
Stage 1: Design Development
- pre‐design
- detailed design
Stage 2: drawings and documentation
- prepare CAD drawings and documentation (incl. dimensioned plans, sections and elevations, 3D visuals, finishes, schedules, etc) to adequately describe the design for the purpose of obtaining approval to construct.
- co-ordinate and integrate design with architectural drawings and specifications
Stage 3: Permits and Contract documentation
- assist in obtaining all relevant permit and council approval
- contract administration
Stage 4: Contracts administration
- manage the tender process and the appointment of suitable contractors (i.e. plumbing, electrical, signage, painting, etc), both locally and offshore
- manage overall site co-ordination, attention to defects and quality control
- undertake Post Construction evaluation
