About client & project
Coral Coast Pharmacies – West
West Bundaberg, QLD
Project
Joinery manufacture and fitout.
Overview
Coral Coast Pharmacies had an immediate requirement to relocate their existing store to better manage the very high customer turnover. The new location was within a brand new, large shopping centre that allowed them to almost double their floor space to 400m2. David Holmes engaged JBM Projects to redevelop their standard store and joinery design, construction and project management, and manufacture and installation for the new fitout which was completed in March 2012.
One Alliance Project Consulting were engaged to do the full concept design and design drawings.
Testimonial:
“The project evolved quickly and Jason and his team got the project happening almost immediately. We wanted to integrate our branding elements into the design to make sure the store would look and feel really different from a traditional pharmacy. Our new pharmacy is brilliant and our retail sales have increased by 73%. I have no hesitation in recommending JBM Projects.”
“The new store is brilliant for traffic flow. It is open and airy with wide walkways, points of interest, flat screen TVs and areas dedicated to patient education. The flow of the store is clockwise and it is easy to find everything. Customers can follow well-planned signage which navigates them throughout the store. The JBM Projects team has also incorporated new services into the pharmacy – we can check medicines, take patients’ blood pressure and conduct medicine screening among other professional services. This has all been cleverly incorporated into the work flow of the store to prevent queues or congestion.”
“Jason and his team have been really professional. They have communicated with us the whole time and they have been very patient and have incorporated a lot of extra changes that we have made on this project such as adding in our marketing graphics and other tricky marketing things. I have no hesitation in recommending their design, shopfitting and project management services.”
